a little bit of background…
My wife and I just moved to Pasadena, California from the great state of Texas. We came out here mainly to get back on track with our lives. After a year of just getting by, we needed a change – but change is always hard. We left some of the greatest friends that I have ever known in Texas, but we are moving forward here in Pasadena.
I am a grad student at Fuller Theological Seminary and my wife is a chemistry teacher. She might be the most amazing thing that I have ever met here on Earth. She is a consistent partner who I believe in and who believes in me. We also have 2 dogs which have really served as a means of grace for us – they remind us how much fun life can be if we just keep things simple. 
The truth is that we couldn’t do any of this if we didn’t have friends and family that believed in us and a God who always seems to be looking out for us and taking care of all the details along the way. So I am determined to relentlessly keep pressing forward regardless of my current circumstances and believe that Jesus’ Kingdom will bring more justice and goodness to those in need. And thats really all that I want to be about
